Instead of constantly pressing Shift H on the graph editor, you can go to to the top corner of the screen ; Edit, Preferences, Animation, F-curves and toggle Only show selected F-curves keyframes

I created a mirror table but when i mirror any poses i make, it indeed does mirror them but scrambles the poses a bit, moving one leg too far or rotating a foot i did not rotate in the initial pose. Why does it do that? Did i make a mistake

Make sure that the scale and frame rate of your referenced file is the same as what you're going to want in your final shot.

instead of explaining what you have already done, it's much better if you do these stuff from scratch as you explain it. you have animated the whole scene before, how do you expect us to understand the process?

You're so lucky, everyone just tells you what to do i wish i could have this too.

Here's my recommendation: Have a plan B. I know many talented 3D VFX artists in addition to myself who are not finding work (at least in the US). At least one I know has given up and is looking to start a new career. Another is considering starting his own business since no one's hiring. Have a plan B: A career alternative you think you'd enjoy, or at least tolerate, that would also pay the bills.
